Our services (such as Website Maintenance, Hosting Support, or Website Updates) are intangible and time-based. Once work has begun, resources and time are allocated immediately to your project.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • A duplicate payment is made by mistake.
  • You are charged for a service that you did not authorize or did not subscribe to.
  • Our team fails to initiate or deliver any part of the service within the agreed start period, and no substantial work has been completed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:

  • You change your mind after the service has started.
  • You fail to provide required website access, credentials, or content.
  • The delay or issue occurs due to third-party tools, plugins, or hosting providers.
  • A completed or partially delivered service has already been performed.

You may cancel your subscription or recurring maintenance plan any time before your next billing cycle.
